Download Your Data

Right to Access (GDPR Article 15) - Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format (JSON).

Your data export will include:

  • Account information (name, email, phone, postcode)
  • Shift assignments and attendance records
  • Payment history and timesheets
  • Uploaded documents (Right to Work, training certificates)
  • Consent records and preferences
  • Communication history (excluding employer messages)

Response Time: We will provide your data within 1 month of your request. You will receive an email with a secure download link (valid for 7 days).

Data Portability

Right to Data Portability (GDPR Article 20) - Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (JSON) to transfer to another service.

This right applies to data processed based on your consent or for contract performance. Use the "Download Your Data" button above to exercise this right.

Update Your Information

Right to Rectification (GDPR Article 16) - Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Most information can be updated directly in your account settings. For sensitive data (Right to Work documents, biometric data), contact support.

Object to Processing

Right to Object (GDPR Article 21) - Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

Right to Restriction (GDPR Article 18) - Request we limit processing while investigating a dispute.

Delete Your Account

Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (GDPR Article 17) - Request deletion of your personal data.

Important Limitations:

  • Legal Retention: Some data must be kept for legal obligations (tax records for 7 years, Right to Work documents for 2 years)
  • 30-Day Grace Period: Account deletion is processed after 30 days. You can cancel within this period.
  • Outstanding Payments: You will receive any pending wages before deletion.
  • Irreversible: This action cannot be undone after the grace period.
