Information for temporary workers as required by the Conduct Regulations 2003
Before starting any assignment, you will receive a Key Information Document (KID) containing details about pay rates, holiday entitlement, and other essential information about your engagement.
After 12 weeks in the same role, you are entitled to the same basic working and employment conditions as permanent employees doing the same job.
In accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, we do not charge work-seekers any fees for finding them work. Our services are completely free for workers. If anyone asks you to pay a fee to find work through Opus, please report it to us immediately.

Most shifts are filled within minutes. Our WhatsApp-first approach means workers can accept shifts instantly from their phones.
All workers complete right-to-work verification, background checks where required, and sign digital contracts before their first shift. We maintain full compliance records.
Workers are paid weekly, every Friday, for work completed in the previous week. All PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions are handled automatically.
